We would like to share with CIECA members the Information from the Commission on Road safety trends and reinforced efforts to achieve road safety targets, in which the Commission informed at the Council meeting of 5 December 2022 on the state of the revision of the Directive on Driving Licences, and in particular about possible measures concerning digital driving licences, training requirements and fitness to drive (see page 3 of the document).
