The CIECA Theory Expert Advisory Group (TAG) invites members to a webinar presenting two of its key initiatives designed to support cooperation, benchmarking and continuous improvement among licensing authorities.
The webinar will provide an overview of the TAG questionnaire, including its purpose, structure and practical use, as well as its role in supporting CIECA peer reviews. Participants will also be introduced to the TAG database and learn how it can be used as a valuable resource for accessing information, comparing practices and facilitating knowledge exchange between members.
This session will offer a practical insight into how these tools can support authorities in their daily work and contribute to the sharing of expertise across the CIECA network.
