Evaluation of a seminar to increase the road safety behaviour of young employees in Germany

The presentation gives a brief overview of the project Sicher in meiner Region (meaning: driving/being safe in my own local area), a seminar program to reduce the particularly high accident risk of young employees (16 to 29 years) near their place of residence or work. In the main section, the accompanying project evaluation is presented, including a brief overview of the method, scales, and instruments used. It concludes with a brief presentation of the results, including increased attention and concern among the young participants and an improvement of their attitude towards aggressive behavior and attention deficits.
