It is with great pleasure that we invite all CIECA Members to the 52nd CIECA General Assembly that will be held online on Tuesday 10 November 2020 from 13:00 to 15:00 (CET).
Restrictions of movement in the past few months due to the outbreak of Covid-19 have forced the CIECA Permanent Bureau to take an unprecedented decision to postpone until next year our most important annual event: the 2020 Congress. However, important decisions need to be taken, especially regarding the budget and the annual accounts of the association, the strategy for the next years and the renewal of posts within the Permanent Bureau. To ensure the continuity of our association, delivering safe environment to all, the 52nd General Assembly will be held online, using the Cisco Webex software.
The agenda and other relevant meeting documents are uploaded in the Members-only section of the CIECA website.
Effective Members that will not be able to participate may be represented by another Effective Member bearing a written power of attorney. Powers of attorney must be received by Tuesday 20 October 2020 at the latest. Please find here more information about this issue (page accessible to Members only).
The final date for registration is Tuesday 20 October 2020.

The event will be recorded to allow afterwards minutes to be taken. By registering you confirm that you accept the recording of this online General Assembly.
The technical requirements for participating in the event are a computer or a tablet or smartphone. The online event will be held using the Cisco Webex software, which will provide a link for participating. The access link will be provided prior to the event.
On first using Cisco Webex, the access link will initiate the download of the client software ("webex.exe"). This software needs to be executed or installed (recommended) on your computer. In case you would like to avoid the download, please click on "join via browser". Note: This option is only available for Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge.
