This presentation will include a brief overview of the digital services that TRAFICOM, our Finnish Effective member, provides for citizens relating to driver licences and examinations. Marjo Immonen (Special Adviser), Hanna Kuusi (Special Adviser), and Max Fogdell (Head of Unit - Driving Licences and Examinations) will give you concrete demonstrations of the services as well as some general remarks of the lessons learned from developing these services.
